Senior Marketing Content Executive for Wellbeing

In my role at Perkbox | Vivup, I worked within the B2B Acquisition Marketing Team to plan, develop and deliver wellbeing focussed content for our wellbeing services and EAP.

  • Developed the wellbeing content strategy for Q3 and Q4, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Created a comprehensive range of acquisition collateral, including product sheets, sales decks, topical guides, blogs, infographics and print materials

  • Launched a new wellbeing newsletter which received positive feedback from clients on its value and relevance

  • Collaborated with senior leadership teams, client success managers and the wider marketing team to keep content accurate and up to date

  • Managed content creation workflows using Monday.com and HubSpot, ensuring smooth project coordination with the wider marketing team

  • Drafted content outlines, coordinating with creative teams on copy and design and ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and legal standards

During my time at HARVEY Maps, I developed and executed marketing campaigns, content creation, and communications with customers and clients on a B2B and B2C level.

  • Managed content for email, social media, blogs, and website. Created original assets (images, videos, leaflets and seasonal magazine) using Adobe Suite & Canva

  • Customised content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Managing & creating content for social media, e-newsletters, blog and website with a focus on engagement and community building. Forward planning and scheduling content based on key events and awareness days, while having flexibility for breaking updates.

  • Planning a marketing budget for the upcoming year, assessing results and reallocating funds where needed.

  • Working with PR teams to align press coverage with relevant journalists.

  • Developing the Wellbeing Marketing Strategy for Vivup in Q3 and Q4 based on upcoming awareness days and trending topics whilst aligning with business goals.

  • Identifying objectives with the business and agreeing on innovative marketing actions whilst working on multiple campaigns, such as target market diversification and subscriber growth.

  • Creating an “ambassador framework” at HARVEY Maps which allowed the company to successfully onboard two key product ambassadors, and coordinated the production of a mini documentary with an online videographer with a following of 50K+.
